| How can I treat my 17 years old's back acne? She wants to go to a tanning salon, but I would like her to use something safer. |

I started developing back acne when I turned 15. And still fighting with it now (I'm 26). Tanning helps only a little and the damage it does doesn't usually appear until 25 but when it does people spent lots of money on treatment.
What I found is very helpful is eliminating gluten and lactose from daily diet.
It helps a lot but very hard to follow, because bread and milk is everywhere. |

| I'm 40 and developed back acne in the past years. Finally I found two helpful tricks i'd love to share with you : drinking lots of water and Voltaren (a gel for the relief of muscle joint and back pain). Almost all of the acne is gone after a month! |
