| I feel I must share my experience using Traumeel Gel. Just before Christmas I was draining the boiling water from some vegetables I had been cooking. I accidentally poured some of the boiling water over my left hand, and was in terrible pain. I tried ice but that did not help. I called my sister in Calgary and she had told me a long time ago to have the Traumeel Gel in my medicine cabinet because her Grandson used it a lot for his sports injuries. She advised me to put the Traumeel Gel on my two burned fingers, and would you believe the pain was instantly gone. I could not believe it, and I was pain free from then on. Another plus, my fingers hardly blistered. I will never be without it. |

| I actually had a rather miraculous experience using Traumeel for a very bad burn. I had accidentally touched the coil of my toaster with my thumb, creating a singed burn about 3/4" long x 1/2" wide. I immediately put a thick layer of Traumeel ointment on the burn and added more over the next few hours as it was absorbed into the thumb. When I needed to use my hand, I put on a thin rubber glove to keep the finger immersed in the ointment. That night, I applied my last bit of Traumeel with a Bandaid covering it. The next morning (about 24 hours after the initial burn), not only didn't it hurt - I could barely see it. I am not exaggerating. A few hours later, I struggled to remember where the burn was, as I couldn't see it unless I studied it carefully. So - this was the kind of burn that would normally have boiled up and scabbed up and lasted for a week - with good care, that is. And it was gone in 24 hours - and almost undetectable within 32 hours. A minor miracle in my opinion. I don't know why the company doesn't advise people to use Traumeel for burns - and why they don't try it in hospitals on serious burn patients. It's an amazing product. Not to pile the praise on too thick (!), but it's also the best thing I have found for the inflammation & itching due to bug bites. And I've tried most everything. Also amazing! Just try it. |
