try using Flax Seed Oil. My S-i-L, after she went to a naturopath, she was told to use FLAX Seed Oil. It will definitely decrease the number of bumps (which is associated with the hair follicle being too large - or something like that).
I tried it and I've been using it for years now and can now wear t-shirts with confidence....Plus Flax is great for strengthening your nails and shiny hair.
Good luck.....it does take a while (probably atleast 1 month before you'll notice anything) |

| Hey I don't know if this would apply to you but some people get little red bumps because they are not clensing thir skin good enough. Try exfoliating soap bars. They work. |

| Try a alpha hydroxy lotion and a good exfoliator in the shower every morning. Most likely it keratosis pilaris. I've had it since I was little and my dermatologist says there's really nothing you can do about it. The lotion and exfoliating helps a lot, though. |

| I've heard that the bumps on the arms could be a deficiency in Vit. A? Give it a go... |

hello all,
Bumps on the back of your arms is caused by an essential fatty acid deficiency. Take 3000 - 6000mg of borage or evening primrose oil and it will be gone in 6 to 8 weeks.
Thanks Lorna |

I ordered the product from your site and took 12,000 mg per day for 12 weeks--NO EFFECT!
I saw my doctor who told me that I had follicular B-cell lymphoma and now I have had 2 rounds of chemotherapy and am getting better.
I also had leg swelling and took VeniSense. It did NOTHING for me. I got a blood clot b/c I stoped taking my lasix pills and almost died.

Here is a safe and inexpensive way to get rid of those red bumps on the back of your arms:
Take an aspirin and dissolve it in about 1/2 cup of water. Then dip a cotton ball into the solution and rub over the backs of your arms (where the bumps are).
It's supposed to do the trick because the aspirin works as an anti-inflammatory, so they should dissolve after a few applications. |

| This is actually a skin condition that has a name. It's called keratosis pilaris or for short KP. You can learn all about it here http//www.helpforkp.com. |

| those bumps on your arms, that can aslo be found on the back of ur arms, shoulders, thighs and cheeks( both ur face and ur butt) is a skin conditon called Keratosis Pilaris, also lovingly known as chicken skin and the only remedy that i have found that works is a lotion called KP Duty from Dermadoctor, i have this condition and have tried everything u can think of..ask me and i have done it... its the skin not being able to slough from the hair follicles and hardens at the base of the hair.... i also wax my arms to help prevent it...it is not because u dont wash..and no amount of scrubbing or lotion ever gets those parts that are effected smooth...its becuse our skin sheds very poorly |

I developed those bumps on the back of my upper arm in my 20's. At the same time I developed blotchy red skin reactions if I drank alcohol, got angry, upset or nervous. I spent a small fortune on every skin product that claimed to help, but none did. No doctor could tell me what was going on. they all said there was nothing I could do about it. Turns out, they were wrong. I went to a naturopath and I was told that my gallbladder and liver needed to be detoxified - that is where the bumps and redness came from - our body works as a whole, so it is not just your skin that freaks out one day, your skin is where the symptom shows up, but you have to get to the root of the cause.
I took Gallbladder Nano for 16 weeks (accompanied by organic coffee enemas) and several other detoxify supplements, including a colon cleanser & EFA Oil Blend - and my skin is baby smooth. I also try to eat healthy day to day, but still treat myself to "treats" a few times a week. and I decided to limit my alcohol intake, huge difference in my overall health and my skin glows.
I hope this helps, I know how awful it makes a you feel when your skin has bumps and/or redness. Good luck everyone out there :D |

I had those red bumps on the backs of my arms not to long ago.
I began doing The Fat Flush plan to lose weight.
Two things I began taking in the plan were Evening Prim Rose Oil
and Flax Seed Oil. Then switched the Evening Prim Rose Oil to Black Current Seed Oil. I take the FSO 1 Tbsp twice a day (usually on my salad) and the BCSO I take 2 capsules in the AM and 2 in the PM. My arms are smooth and clear now (since May 28th), my hair is no longer falling out and my nails look great! Oh and I've lost 26lbs so far! |
